Who is responsible

What we collect

If you join the early list, we collect the email address you enter, the language you select, and a record that you gave consent, including the date and time.

We do not collect payment details on this site. When MANNERA goes on sale, purchases will be handled by a merchant of record, and their own privacy policy will apply to the payment data you give them.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your email address to send you one practical sample before release and one note at launch. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

Who else sees it

Your email address is stored with our email service provider, MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Lithuania), who process it on our behalf and only on our instructions. Their data centres are in Germany and the Netherlands, so your address is processed inside the European Union. Our site is hosted by Vercel Inc.

Some of these providers operate outside your country. Where that involves a transfer of personal data out of the EEA or the UK, it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until two years after launch if you never open anything we send, whichever comes first. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time, either by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
